Artist
Mei Lei Verano (she/they) is a Filipino artist and a scholar pursuing Bachelor of Science in Architecture.Her art style spans from watercolor, gouache painting to mixed media, and digital photo manipulation. She is open and works to explore a wider range of artistic styles.In 2021, she turned her interest for crafts and journaling into a venture. What began with notepads and stickers quickly expanded to include bookmarks, keychains, wristlets, and even ornaments!Since 2022, she has been freelancing in digital art, marketing her work and taking on commissions for art related academic and business projects.Driven to be a catalyst for change, Mei focuses on curating safe spaces for children, preserving the environment, and amplify the voices of indigenous tribes across the Philippine archipelago. She actively supports and joins NGOs with central movement for the youth, environment and culture.𓇼
